We offer express delivery on all orders. Shipping is free on orders over $85; a flat $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $85. Orders are dispatched promptly to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods. Personalized pieces may require additional time before dispatch.

Orders are fulfilled via UPS or USPS. Both carriers provide reliable tracking and timely delivery across the United States.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the package shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery and immediately file a claim with the carrier. Contact us as well so we can assist you in arranging a replacement.
