We are committed to your satisfaction. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it easy to resolve.
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product and its original packaging must be returned in the same condition as when received.
Personalized products — including name necklaces, initial pieces, and custom engravings — are not eligible for return unless the item was damaged during transport. If your personalized item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return and discuss compensation.
Return shipping is on us. A prepaid return label will be provided to you once your return request is confirmed. Simply use the label to send the item back — no additional cost to you.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
