Every My First Jewelry (MEZORE LLC) order is handled with care from the moment it leaves our hands. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver.
We offer express delivery on all orders. A $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $100, while orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders are dispatched promptly to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Estimated delivery is within 4-6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods. Personalized pieces may require additional processing time before dispatch — please refer to the product page for details.
Orders are fulfilled via UPS or USPS. Both carriers provide reliable tracking and timely delivery across the United States.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the package shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery and immediately file a claim with the carrier. Contact us as well so we can assist you in arranging a replacement.
Return shipping costs are covered by My First Jewelry (MEZORE LLC). A prepaid return label will be provided upon request. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on eligibility.
