Every My First Jewelry piece is covered for 6 months against manufacturing and material defects — wherever you bought it: myfirstjewelry.com or Etsy. Tell us what happened and we'll take it from there.
What's covered
- Clasps and closures that fail under normal use
- Broken chains or links
- Solder joints that come apart
- Stones that fall out of their setting
- Pendants or charms that detach
- Structural defects in solid gold pieces
- Plating and vermeil defects
- Engraving that doesn't match your order
What's not covered
- Personalization entered incorrectly on the order
- Change of mind, or the wrong size or length
- Accidental damage, impact, or crushing
- Water, perfume, chlorine, or household chemicals
- Repairs by anyone other than My First Jewelry
- Lost or stolen items
- Normal wear, including plating that wears down in use

Start a warranty claim
It takes about 2 minutes. You'll need your order number, roughly when it arrived, and at least two photos of the piece. We reply within 2 business days.

Personalized pieces carry the same 6-month warranty for defects and for any mistake on our side. If it's covered we'll repair, replace, or replate the piece — or refund what you paid. We'll ask you to send the piece back, and the return shipping is on us.
